Analisis ini menilai beragam risiko yang berkaitan dengan perubahan iklim, kendala sumber daya alam, dan faktor lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (Environmental, Social, and Governance\/ESG). Analisa tersebut telah diselesaikan pada November 2022 dengan penilaian dan rekomendasi atas kebijakan, pemasaran, reputasi, dan infrastruktur Merdeka yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan kami dalam menyusun strategi bisnis secara berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Merdeka merupakan satu dari sedikit perusahaan di Indonesia yang berinisiatif melakukan analisis sesuai rekomendasi TCFD, lembaga yang didukung oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. TCFD adalah badan penasehat yang dibentuk oleh G20 untuk meningkatkan pengungkapan risiko dan peluang terkait iklim untuk bisnis.
