Salah satunya adalah \u201cCoaching Clinic 2: Creating a Safe, Fair, and Decent Work Environment: Sustainability Reporting and Impact Assessment for Human Rights\u201d pada 28 Maret 2023, dengan Tom Malik, General Manager External Affairs Merdeka, sebagai salah satu narasumber.<\/p>\n<p>Tom menyampaikan bahwa komitmen Merdeka dalam menghormati hak asasi manusia telah dituangkan dalam sejumlah <a href=\"https:\/\/merdekacoppergold.com\/keberlanjutan\/\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">kebijakan Merdeka<\/span><\/a>, yang meliputi hak asasi manusia, keberlanjutan, sumber daya manusia, kode etik, kode etik pemasok, dan komunitas. Ia juga menekankan bahwa penghormatan hak asasi manusia adalah tindakan etis dan bertanggung jawab yang juga bermanfaat bagi bisnis, berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan melindungi komunitas lokal. Dalam sesi pelatihan, ia menjabarkan aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dalam menyusun Kebijakan Hak Asasi Manusia dan melaksanakan penilaian dampak hak asasi manusia.<\/p>\n<p>Klinik pelatihan dihadiri oleh lebih dari 300 peserta dari perusahaan dan organisasi yang, sebagaimana Merdeka, tergabung dalam UN Global Compact.
